Photos, text messages, phone calls, or emails with a quick question after our Consultation, etc. are a standard part of the services I offer. I happily support you as you move through your Action Plan at any point after our appointment.

    FREE Advice… $0!
    That’s right. Free! Post a picture and question on The Designer’s Eye Facebook Page or Twitter Feed and I’ll respond to every one.

    In-Person Design Appointments… $125 per hour with prorated additional time after the second hour, at the same appointment

    We can get a lot done in an hour but there are task lists where more time is needed. During our time together, I’ll help you connect with your design style, identify the things you love in your home and the things you don’t. Whether we’re only talking paint or you have an entire list of items to change in your home, I want you to love every item in your home!  Paint color, layout, space planning, organization, and shopping, etc. are all a part of what you can get help with. When we’re done with this initial appointment, you’ll have a written, prioritized Action Plan to work from. Once I know the scope of work, I can put together a proposal for a couple of project options, to offer you choices based on your needs. Need Recommendations for local shopping resources or other qualified professionals? I’ve got them and I’m happy to share! 

    Room Makeover
    Let’s roll up our sleeves and make some changes! You’ll still get an Action Plan with tips on paint, etc. if needed; but the main focus of this service is creating instant changes in your spaces, working with what you already have. That is my specialty! How much we get done depends on what you’ve got to work with and the amount of time you schedule. But you’ll be thrilled with the results! As always, I’m here for you as you move through any remaining Action Items. This service is a minimum of two hours.  Three is recommended for most projects.  Ask if you’re not sure. 

    Project Management
    For some the ideal is having a professional to oversee the project and coordinate with contractors and trades, and most importantly, to pay attention to the design details. I can provide that service and am an ethical, trustworthy and creative presence on all projects.
    Pricing works as follows: 
    – Initial pricing is based on a square footage estimate for your changes
    Payment is 75% at the signing of the contract, with balance due at the time the floor plan is complete.
    Final payment adjustment, if needed, will be charged or credited at the completion of the project, based on final square footage
    I am available to the drafter/contractors for questions throughout the drafting and construction process.

    Shop-With-You Partnered Shopping
    This service allows you to make staging purchases that can be used in your new home. Because solutions will often require more than one store, up to 45 minutes of driving time is included for 3 or more hours together (complete time would be 3 hours, 45 minutes, for example), starting at the first destination.  Any pre-shopping you’ve done will allow us to more effectively target stores. Your budget should, of course, play into what stores are chosen. I can recommend stores based on what items are your highest priority for assistance; or you can choose based on what you have seen and want guidance with.

    Project Management After our first Consultation, you may decide to request a proposal for project management, based on specific items you’d like help with. 

    Independent Shopping…  $100/hour, prorated, with a one hour minimum
    After our initial Consultation, I’ll do the sourcing for all needed furniture and decor items. This is not an appointment; I do the work and get back to you with the items or with the sourced links and needed information. 

    At Desk Services $100/hour, prorated, with no minimum
    There are many services that fall under this category. Most are after we’ve met in person, but not always.

    Shopping List
    This is a useful tool as it gives you a detailed shopping list to guide all decisions; by room and by item, based on what I have seen in your home and based on your existing items/new purchases.

    Virtual Consultations
    There are times when a Zoom call or Facebook Live consultation best serve the needs, whether you live in Tucson or out of state.
