Drama Delivered With Modern Lines in Saddlebrooke Preserve

A perfect example of creating balance between warm, vibrant art and furnishings, while simplifying the fixed elements. Strategic changes on this makeover resulted in dramatic changes, all while meeting the clients’ budget and style goals. Well planned use of quality custom woodwork, paint, and lighting were all a part of the plan.

Relaxed, sophisticated, contemporary style was a must on this budget conscious remodel. The new fixed elements of this home now tie in with the existing contemporary, colorful art and furnishings and beautifully reflect the style of the homeowners. Custom woodwork provided an updated TV area, updated the existing island, and provided matching cabinets for a new appliance tower. A new linear fireplace with moody, minimal, modern tile that echoes the new kitchen backsplash, fresh paint in three tones of gray, and new lighting throughout the great room. The homeowners absolutely love their new spaces and we have since carried the color palette and other targeted updates into the primary bedroom suite.

HOMEOWNER TESTIMONIAL

I don’t think there is enough room to fully explain how satisfied that we are with every aspect of designing and project managing our kitchen and media wall project. A few words to describe… honest, creative, communicative, professional, great listener. Shawn guided us, kept us informed and was patient beyond measure. She is a perfectionist. I have already referred friends who are in need of professional assistance. Once the project was started, it was completed within 6 weeks, as planned, and all while we were out of town! She was careful keep us within our budget and we were kept updated on changes or concerns. Her technology for keeping track of everything is very detailed and transparent. Exceptional in every way!
