Design & Project Management
For many homeowners, creating updated and functional spaces in your existing home is more appealing than moving. Or perhaps a home you’ve just purchased needs work to bring it up to your design and function standards. In all cases, homeowners tend to have specific needs and wishes, but struggle with creating the full vision. I’ve been designing custom homes, additions and remodels of all sizes since 1993. Whatever your needs, I can help. An experienced design partner brings yoru vision to life through careful selection of finishes and fixtures. An advocate during construction protects work quality while providing valuable guidance and oversight, to create elevated style with lasting quality. Your goals are my top priority as I partner with trusted, quality builders adn trades to bring your vision to life. Full involvement design services are provided at a flat fee, based on a detailed scope of work developed specifically for you and your project. Proposals offer two options: designer-led and client-led, depending on your needs and preferred level of involvement.
Independent consultations provide support and guidance as you manage your own projects and can address space planning, finish selections, floor plan layout, etc.

Architectural Plan Review
Creating beautiful homes is a team effort. Working with talented architects or drafters to build the home of your dreams is a great start.
For new custom homes, remodels or additions, bringing in an interior designer only makes that better. And a designer who has the construction knowledge and experience of creating full plans for custom homes, remodels and additions since the 1990s, gives you a winning team.
Even expertly prepared plans benefit from another set of expert eyes. This second look (or more) will allow a new perspective with the goals of making sure your voice is heard down to the tiniest detail. We will review function and flow alongside your style goals. A review at any point in the planning process will avoid buyer’s remorse and save you costly changes during the build phase.

Your home may or may not be debt free, and that’s okay. With this comprehensive program, we will examine all the options and find the best approach for you.
What happens at a consultation? We’ll look at your home, discuss your goals, explore layout options for fully private or semi-private shared spaces. Your goals for house sharing will be the top priority.
An initial consultation in your home allows us to discuss your needs, problem solve for space planning, and create an action plan for going forward. How To packets are an option that provide in depth, expert guidance on budget considerations, financing options, companionship solutions, expert resources, and more, as you consider this change to the function of your home. As always, solutions will be individualized to fit you and your specific needs.

Designer On Call, Monthly
After a consultation, new items will come up that may not need an hour to discuss. Rather than wait until you’ve collected a new list, a designer on call is just what some clients want, providing expert guidance as you improve your home. This remote concierge service offers professional feedback and practical solutions for decorating, remodel or construction projects.
What’s Included*
- Professional design feedback on selections, finishes, furnishings, layouts, and other design decisions to support cohesiveness, style, flow, and function.
- Responses within two business days.
- Up to 90 minutes of remote design support per month, which may be used for video consultations, phone calls, email feedback, or design reviews.
- Additional consulting time available at standard hourly rates.
Recurring Fee.
- $175 per month.
- Cancel anytime.
* Must have had a one hour in-person consultation before this service can be engaged. If out of state, a one hour video consultation will often work.
